  3. Gender options - I PREFER TO ANSWER

    In the registration process, create an "other", fill-in-the-blank category for the "What is your gender" question. The only option I have as a non-binary person is "Prefer not to answer" ** But I prefer to answer **

  5. People could be asked on how to make the College Factual website more user friendly.

    There could be a question on how big of a factor cost is for students in deciding on where to go to college.

  6. How much do Universities pay you to pretend to be impartial?

    It's pretty obvious the Universities that line your pockets are the ones that are considered "the best choice". Seeing as this site is linked from the VA, I find that very offensive. Misleading veterans is a poor choice of business. How can this site claim to have any amount of legitimacy when a person selects he's a veteran, living OUTSIDE the USA, and prefers classes IN PERSON, but the site refers him to ALL INSIDE the USA Universities? Shouldn't it say "No colleges" if anything? Or am I supposed to fly to Illinois daily to attend classes? If I say…

  8. Lists seem to not be working

    I used to use your site all the time, but now when I try to look at a list for majors, it seems that the list doesn't show very many and there's tons of ads and I can't seem to get a good deal of information quickly. Specifically, I am looking at the top majors in Health and Physical Education. It says there are 443, but can't see them quickly and easily.

  10. navigation problems

    I can't see the results of my search for top public policy programs because an ad is covering up the buttons to go to next page. Out of 30 search results, I can only see 2. Very frustrating!! I'm an looking at the page on Chrome.

  15. Crime Statistics are Misleading

    Please change how you calculate and list crime ratings. It is horribly misleading. You have some of the safest towns and cities rated below major metropolitan areas. Students do not read your tiny disclaimer and are confused.

  18. Login issues

    Your site is showing me as logged in, however, every time I try to access rankings etc....., I get the popup asking me to login, which I try to do......but just brings me back to the same thing. I'm using Chrome, like millions of others. I have allowed cookies etc.....Love the look and idea of the site, but it's useless to me right now unfortunately.

  19. geographic screen in custom college

    Most students prefer to attend a school within a couple hundred of miles from home.

    My custom list didn't pull up a single school within 500 miles.
