How can we improve College Factual? What additional features would you like to see?

  1. Somewhat misleading

    I'm looking at your "annual net price" at Amherst College. Because of the way it is worded, and because a lot of people don't bother to click deeper in for more information, I think it would be better if you either showed a "sticker price" and an "average net price" next to each other. I think a lot of families are going to think that the $33,278 is the sticker price and may over estimate their ability to pay. And/or, they may think you data is bad b/c they know that Amherst costs more than that. I hope that made…

    Categories I'd like to see:
    Class sizes. For some students, small classes are essential.

    Facilities: science facilities, arts facilities, etc...
    Graduate School placement rates and PhD production
    Percentage of undergrads involved in research

  4. geographic screen in custom college

    Most students prefer to attend a school within a couple hundred of miles from home.

    My custom list didn't pull up a single school within 500 miles.
