In addition, hyperactive type, combined type, or inattentive type [rather than ADHD and ADD] affect people differently as do the different types of Autism.
Active military benefits should be distinguished. Active duty members (and their dependents) still have access to GI bills and other benefits that may be able to help with college.
Although pretty well covered in the strengths quiz, some people have more or less of a challenge with certain tasks/activities than is given a choice for. Some people have severe phobias of things and/or situations. Others struggle with things or scenarios because of past traumatic events. There should at least be an option to rate the intensity of the answer.
All in all, everybody is different. There are so many things that factor into what each of us is good at and what we would be best at doing. For example, people with ADHD cannot join the military (nor can anyone who has a major medical or psychological disorder, or anything they need to be medicated regularly for). Also, people with Autism and/or ADHD would not be the best fit for a hands-off, desk job. For maximum results, you should do some research and add in options for all of the different variables that make people perfect for a particular job.
