  2. Address Change on Website

The address you have listed for Iowa State University is incorrect. The address should be: 100 Enrollment Services Center. Zip code should be 50011, please delete the 2030 at the end of the zip code. This will help guide the mail to the correct location on campus. Thank you!

  3. Monterey Institute of International Studies Entry is Misleading and Innaccurate

    1. It is very misleading to say that our undergraduate student to faculty ratio is 1:1. All of the undergraduates are dual B.A./M.A. students in classes with the rest of the graduate students. This is more accurate to report the overall student to faculty ratio since that will be the reality of their classes.

    2. The Freshman Retention Rate page should have a note one it saying that a freshmen retention rate cannot be calculated since you don't have freshmen. All of the MIIS undergraduates must have completed their general education requirements before being admitted to MIIS. You then could look at…

  4. Sort Fields Question

I would like to do a search where I sort for certain less popular fields; specifically, low ethnic representation and low geographic representation. I would then like to sort that resultant list of colleges by state or region.

Is that possible on your web site?

  5. Sorting Colleges

Is there a way to sort through all the colleges by the category "Below Average Geographic Diversity"?

We would then like to narrow that list to the Southeast.

    :-)

  6. Show companies that are hire by major from what school

If you are able to show for example Apple Computer hires Chemical Engineers from Stanford 70% of the time or 20% of Chemical Engineering majors at Stanford are recruited by Apple.

Another idea is to post the schools hiring numbers but make sure you note that in the stat because schools tend to exaggerate their numbers.

Another idea is how many graduates of a major in a school work at a company

  7. Somewhat misleading

I'm looking at your "annual net price" at Amherst College. Because of the way it is worded, and because a lot of people don't bother to click deeper in for more information, I think it would be better if you either showed a "sticker price" and an "average net price" next to each other. I think a lot of families are going to think that the $33,278 is the sticker price and may over estimate their ability to pay. And/or, they may think you data is bad b/c they know that Amherst costs more than that. I hope that made…

  8. Create Your Own Rank

    Categories I'd like to see:
Class sizes. For some students, small classes are essential.

Facilities: science facilities, arts facilities, etc...
Graduate School placement rates and PhD production
Percentage of undergrads involved in research

  10. geographic screen in custom college

Most students prefer to attend a school within a couple hundred of miles from home.

My custom list didn't pull up a single school within 500 miles.
