Stop sending emails that don't actually have anything to do with what you provide!
I got an email with the subject line "student debt 2018." It said that it was to help students graduate with a degree that they are passionate about without excessive debt holding them back. When I logged in to see debt info, all I can do is get college matches and major suggestions. We already have these!! We just want to work on not incurring a major amount of debt.

Thanks for the feedback! When students choose a college and major that is a good fit for them, they are more likely to graduate on time from the college they started from resulting in less debt. I apologize if that was not clear from the email and we will consider a rewrite. Best!
