Louisiana Tech - incorrect information
I taught at La. Tech for approx 30 years. and disagree that 100% of instructors are faculty rather than lecturers, particularly in the college of engineering. I would encourage you to check on this number. Most recent hires were, I believe, hired as lecturers

Questions on USA Today College Rankings
Hi,
I have a few questions about the USA Today College Rankings.
1) Annual Net Price In-State- How is this calculated? Where do you get the information?
2) Loan Default Rate- What are the parameters for the rankings? What are the cut offs for Low, Average and High?
3) Full-time Teachers- How and where do you get this information?
4) For retention rate you just have High, Average or Low. What are the parameters for these categories?
5) On-Time Graduation Rate- What cohort is this for? It's a four year grad rate, correct?Thank you for the help!

Some of your data is absurdly incorrect.
Some of your data is nonsensically incorrect.
You give the mean SAT scores of Southern University of New Orleans as 1,065. Absurd. No one who knows anything about SU would claim such a thing. Combined score of 500 is more likely.

New students at West Virginia University ARE required to live on campus, except in some specific situations -- living with parents and commuting within 50 miles, married, 21 or over, w/children.

question about missing data
I'm trying to figure out what the difference, between the ranking in Top Colleges for Business Administration & Management (1st column) and when I don't see a grade like for Temple or Penn State and I search for the school and under the program rankings i find:
Top Colleges for Business, Management and Marketing, Temple University, is #61 out of 782, but the school is not shown in the Major rankings. Examples belowUniversity of Connecticut 31 53
Duquesne University 124 56
Penn State University ? 57

Where did these music rankings come from?
The list of top ten music schools is a JOKE. The quality of a music college, university, or conservatory is not based on the quality of the liberal arts program at the school and the ability to take some kind of cool classes about music. As a "music" major myself (my actual degree is in vocal performance with an opera emphasis) I cared SO LITTLE about the liberal arts offered at my school. The main focus of a music major is studying... MUSIC. The quality of these schools is based on the offerings within the music classes, the faculty, and…

Earnings Boost
The earnings boost method seems an inaccurate measure. Students who work in the region of our college after graduation make much less than students in other areas. (Obviously, not all of them remain in the region, but a good number of them do. This would make our overall college ranking much lower than it should be.)

messed up stats
You messed up on your stats for college retention rates. You have 0.13% when you actually meant 13%
As one example for John Jay College in nyc.

Maryville Univ. shouldn't be allowed to hire spouses.
Maryvulle should uphold strict constraints on faculty hiring and not commit nepotism. However, if a spouse is hired, the trailing candidate should be positioned in a different department.

You're missing NC State.
You forgot NC State University. It's typically ranked between 20-40 depending on the methodology. You have UNC-C and NC A&T but for some reason, the largest and best engineering program in the state was forgotten.
